Site Command Center ("we", "us", "our") collects information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, and billing information processed securely through Stripe. We also collect data about the websites you manage in your portfolio dashboard, including domain names, revenue figures, SEO metrics, and uptime status that you input or connect via integrations.
We use your information to provide and improve the Site Command Center platform, process payments, send account-related notifications and weekly portfolio digests, monitor website uptime and SSL certificate status, generate AI-powered insights and forecasts, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens for connected services (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) are stored encrypted and used only for the purposes you authorize.
We integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Resend (email), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share data necessary for the functioning of the platform.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can export your portfolio data at any time from the dashboard. To request data deletion, contact us through the platform. Upon account closure, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
