By creating an account or using Site Command Center ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by SitesControlled.com.
We offer three subscription plans: Solo ($19/month, up to 5 sites), Pro ($49/month, up to 20 sites), and Agency ($99/month, unlimited sites). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Lead Pack purchases ($499 for 10 exclusive leads) are one-time charges and non-refundable once leads are delivered.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to track websites you do not own or manage, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, resell access without authorization, or use AI features to generate misleading or harmful content. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
You retain full ownership of all website portfolio data, revenue figures, and analytics data you input into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and platform features. Individual site data is never shared between accounts.
The Service includes AI-powered Intelligence tools such as revenue forecasting, site valuation, and opportunity detection. AI-generated insights are estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon as financial advice or guarantees. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption beyond this limit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
